Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a BS degree in engineering or closely related field.
• Normally requires more than ten years of applicable professional experience or a combination of graduate study and experience.
• Requires a minimum of 15 years of Program Management/Project Management experience with spaceflight hardware development or manufacturing.
• Experience with financial planning and reporting (NASA 533/CPR preferred) and earned value management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze variances and implement corrective actions.
• Schedule and communicate status to Government and Teledyne management.
• Recruit, train, and supervise project staff to meet objectives.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Procurement, Contracts to achieve goals.
• Provide sales projections and project planning information.
• Support business development opportunities.
• Manage contracts involving complex computer-based systems and government contracts.
• Plan, direct, and control financial and engineering activities to meet objectives.
