Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or science discipline is required.
• 8+ years of relevant professional experience in aerospace, engineering, R&D, or systems engineering contracts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day program operations alongside the Program Manager.
• Manage personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and resources to ensure contract performance.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary technical teams and balance competing priorities.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and support risk management and issue resolution.
