Job summary

Bastion Technologies, Inc. in Houston, TX seeks a Safety Diver to support our space program. You will train, assist other divers, and become certified in diving functions, supporting chamber operations and SCUBA fill.

The role requires US citizenship or permanent resident status, a high school diploma, 1+ year diving experience and a recognized diving certification (PADI or NAUI). You must be able to work on-site, follow safety procedures, and communicate effectively with the team.

Qualifications

• Must have 1+ years of diving experience and approximately 25 logged dives.
• Certification in the field of Diving (PADI, NAUI).
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and TEAMS.

Responsibilities

• Assist other divers and train in various roles; become certified in diving functions.
• Support chamber operations and SCUBA fill.
• Train and certify in Lifeguard, BBP, CPR and First Aid; Topside and hoist operations.
• Communicate with workers in the water and on the surface while underwater.
• Check and maintain diving equipment and follow safety procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
