Job summary

Intuitive Machines seeks a Supply Chain Program Specialist to support procurement management for PPE on the SR-1 Freedom Program. You will serve as the main Supply Chain interface among Buyers/SCAs, suppliers, Program Management, and the technical teams to ensure procurement requirements are properly incorporated into orders and schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Program Management, Business, or related field (four years additional experience may substitute).
• Minimum 6 years in Supply Chain management, subcontract administration, Program Management, or program controls in aerospace/regulated manufacturing.
• Detail-oriented with proven ability to manage schedules across multiple procurements, track milestones, and identify risks.
• Experience engaging suppliers to resolve delivery, quality, or performance issues.
• Strong cost reporting knowledge and use of percent-completion/EVM reporting methods.
• Excellent cross-functional communication with Buyers/SCAs, suppliers, Program Management, and Technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated Supply Chain resource for PPE procurements on the SR-1 Freedom Program.
• Collaborate with Buyers/Subcontract Administrators to ensure technical, schedule, and contractual requirements are incorporated into procurement packages and purchase orders.
• Track and ensure all orders are executed on schedule and maintain up-to-date procurement schedules.
• Attend supplier status calls and report to Program Management.
• Engage with suppliers to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues impacting order execution and delivery.
• Maintain supplier relationships and provide clear status reporting on cost, schedule, and completion.
