Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a high-performing team in the Space Line of Business, directing a major effort to design, develop, and deliver a next-generation spacecraft orchestration solution for IC initiatives.

You will be the senior leader accountable for full program execution, interfacing with Government customers, defining strategy, driving technical excellence, and ensuring coordinated delivery across multiple mission-critical lines of effort,

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI security clearance
5+ years of program management experience with leadership of Agile software teams
Experience leading DoD or IC programs
Proven ability to manage cost, schedule, performance and risk
Ability to lead diverse teams and manage subcontractors in fast-paced environments
Strong verbal and written communication, experience briefing senior leadership

Responsibilities

Establish and execute the strategic vision for program delivery aligned to mission needs
Lead diverse development teams with a culture of efficiency and technical rigor
Oversee agile software development, integration with enterprise systems, and UI/UX focus
Coordinate with Government partners and ensure contract requirements are met
Deliver breakthrough capabilities in space mission orchestration and analytics
Produce comprehensive program reporting on staffing, performance, and risk
