Job summary

CACI is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a high-performing team within the Space Line of Business, guiding a major effort to design, develop, and deliver a spacecraft orchestration solution. You will serve as the senior leader responsible for program execution and act as the primary interface with our government customer.

Location options include Sterling, VA or Denver, CO, with up to 10% travel and TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI security clearance required.
Experience leading Agile software development teams on DoD/IC programs.
Proven ability to manage cost, schedule, performance, and risk across multidisciplinary efforts.
Strong communication skills, including briefing senior leadership.
Experience managing subcontractors and partners in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

Set strategic vision and roadmap for program delivery aligned with customer needs.
Lead diverse development teams with a culture of efficiency and technical rigor.
Oversee agile development of spacecraft orchestration applications and integration with enterprise systems.
Ensure CONOP development participation and UI/UX refinement with user engagement.
Incorporate analytics, data science, and AI/ML capabilities where applicable.
Maintain program reporting on staffing, performance, finance, and risk.
