Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Space Program Manager to own end-to-end space allocation strategy for Finance Ops units. You will coordinate with FP&A, GBP, HR, and occupancy planning to align real estate needs with business priorities and drive multi-workstream programs in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong program discipline, stakeholder management, and the ability to operate with ambiguity while delivering outcomes and data-driven updates to leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Or a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Experience with analytics visualization tools such as Excel/Tableau/PowerBI.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end space allocation and program delivery for assigned Finance business units.
• Drive collaboration with business unit leaders to understand their real estate and portfolio needs.
• Manage cross-functional coordination with FP&A, Finance Leaders, GBP and HR to validate headcount data.
• Own the end-to-end business-related deliverables for move projects with milestones and accountability.
• Deliver defect resolution related to space allocation by identifying root causes and fixes.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with business units with data-driven reporting.
• Identify and implement process improvements in move and space management operations.
• Navigate a matrix reporting structure and influence without authority across boundaries.
