Qualifications

• Minimum of 14 years of experience as an engineering professional in aerospace/defense.
• 4 years’ experience as a functional manager.
• Experience as Project Lead or functional manager in spacecraft development.
• Knowledge of satellite systems and components.
• Demonstrated hardware design and analysis for spacecraft avionics.
• Experience with Electrical Ground Support Equipment / Test Equipment, Power Systems, Avionics Design and Analysis, RF, C&DH, Radiation, and Design for Manufacturability.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and implement organizational initiatives to meet performance targets.
• Provide context on company happenings and rationale for decisions.
• Set technical direction and standards for the engineering team.
