Job summary

The Space Management and Planning Analyst at Centra Health is responsible for managing and supporting the space management and planning applications, coordinating with project teams, contractors, engineers, and architects across Centra facilities.

You will work closely with the Director of Real Estate to maximize space utilization, document space plans and SF information, and establish processes to implement a technology platform for space management, document control, and project documentation.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in architecture, engineering, design, CAD/BIM management or related discipline.
• Five years in construction/design/engineering; two years in design/space planning and document management for healthcare facilities.
• Experience with CAD/BIM software, document management software and PM software.
• Preferred: bachelor’s degree or professional licensure in architecture/engineering and healthcare design exposure.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical document management strategies and partner with Centra Real Estate, Facilities Management & Design & Construction.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the document management and space planning application(s).
• Support real estate and project teams with space planning to maximize space utilization.
• Establish processes and select/implement platforms for project management, design, and real estate in document management and space planning.
• Build and distribute documents and drawings; collaborate across Centra facilities.

Education

Associate degree in architecture, engineering, design, CAD/BIM management

Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, design (or related) or licensure
