Job summary

NYU Langone Health is seeking a Space Management Coordinator to support space planning, inventory management, and CAD-based drawing work across its NYULH portfolio. The role reports to the Assistant Director of Space Planning and Management and collaborates with RED+F and other teams to ensure accurate space data and compliant documentation.

Responsibilities include space audits, room numbering development, CAD drawing standardization, and updating the Space Inventory with CAD and database

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Three years' CAD experience.
• Knowledge of CAFM and/or database management required.
• Experience in healthcare, research facility, or space planning preferred.
• Strong communication and graphic proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Space Planners in managing space requests, programs and allocations.
• Conduct space audits and track move-add-change scenarios.
• Coordinate communications to update space inventory database.
• Assist in producing reports and plans for test-fits and feasibility studies.
