Job summary

Operation Organization in the United States seeks a Space Planner & Product Specialist to work closely with the Founder & CEO, clients, and the organizing team. This role blends creative space planning with behind-the-scenes project management to keep jobs running smoothly.

You will attend client consultations, draft layouts in Canva, build mood boards, review CAD elevations, source storage solutions, and coordinate with vendors.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to juggle priorities and manage multiple projects.
• Strong Canva and Excel skills for client visuals and data.
• Excellent client-facing communication and listening abilities.

Responsibilities

• Attend client consultations, capture measurements and notes.
• Draft layouts in Canva and AI programs.
• Build mood boards and presentations in Canva.
• Review CAD elevations and advise on storage during remodels.
• Source storage solutions and shelving for projects.
• Coordinate with vendors for upcoming projects.
• Deliver organizing products to job sites.
• Correspond with CEO and clients daily; manage tasks.
• Prepare client deliverables with quick turnaround after meetings.
• Draft project notes to guide team execution.
• Maintain in-home stockroom with bins and supplies.
• Pull products for jobs and deliver to teams in the field.
• Pre-stage products at sites with Lead Organizers.
• Track inventory in company spreadsheets for accurate billing.
