MSI is seeking a Planner and Product Coordinator to support the National Marketing team. You will coordinate dealer boutique projects, develop space plans and planograms, and manage deliverables from concept to execution.

The role emphasizes organizational excellence, strong space planning, and branding alignment across showroom environments. In-office, full-time position with competitive hourly pay and potential bonuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in marketing, retail, interior design, project management, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, space planning, interior design, or merchandising.
• Experience creating planograms, merchandising layouts, or showroom environments preferred.
• Experience managing product assortments or merchandising databases.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud preferable.
• Familiarity with architectural drawings and showroom design.
• Strong reading of spatial drawings and floor plans.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate MSI dealer boutique projects from concept through implementation and maintain project documentation.
• Serve as liaison between National Marketing and dealer partners, ensuring clear communication.
• Develop and maintain planograms and category layouts for optimal product placement.
• Read and modify architectural floor plans to create showroom layouts using SketchUp and design software.
• Coordinate product planning, assortment updates, and showroom refreshes.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Project Managers, Graphics, and Board Production teams for accuracy and timing.
• Prepare floor plans, planograms, specifications, and production files for teams and vendors.
• Track schedules, milestones, and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Review layouts for accuracy and branding compliance; identify improvements for layout and customer experience.
• Support additional showroom planning, merchandising, and marketing initiatives.
