Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years' experience in a related discipline (architecture, interior design, Corporate Real Estate & Facilities Management planning/coordination, facilities, project or construction management).
• Move Management and Furniture Project Management experience.
• Solid knowledge of Space Planning/Management principles and methods.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with BU customers to provide excellent customer service.
• Coordinate moves with MAC planners and managers to align schedules.
• Develop move plans with space assignments and occupancy plans with furniture vendors.
• Schedule moves and new-hire requests in line with space planning and policy.
• Contribute to space management tools, processes, standards, and policies to improve efficiency.
• Manage conference room standards with furniture vendors.
• Possess ability to manage small projects.
• Serve as backup to other MAC coordinators.
• Verify inventory management with furniture vendors and order replacements as needed.
