Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Floor Planning Analyst to drive macro space planning at store level. You will maintain floor plans, support new stores and remodels, and ensure accurate planograms across CosmoProf and Sally Beauty stores.

You will perform detailed analytics in JDA Floor Planning, collaborate with Merchandising and Store Ops, and help optimize space performance while adhering to corporate standards. Hybrid role, onsite at the Plano campus.

Qualifications

> At least 2 years of experience in JDA Floor Planning and Category Management software.
> 2-4 years of related work experience, including project management, retail operations, and visual merchandising.
> Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
> A plus if proficient in AutoCAD or Revit.

Responsibilities

> Create store-specific floor plans within JDA Floor Planning and Category Management software, maintaining prototypes and supporting new stores/remodels.
> Assign and validate planogram/store classifications to ensure accurate store/item authorizations.
> Build deep analytical analyses using Floor Planning and JDA to optimize space performance.
> Collaborate with Merchandising, Inventory and Store Ops to align on merchandising plans.
> Support merchandising plans with urgency and problem-solving to meet customer needs.
