Job summary

Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Space Planner for a 3+ month contract in Seattle, WA. You will collaborate with client teams on space planning, occupancy planning, and test-fitting using CAD tools.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of experience, proficiency with CAFM systems like Serraview/Archibus, and strong MS Excel skills; AutoCAD experience is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in space planning or occupancy planning.
• Occupancy planner would be ideal.
• CAD experience required (AutoCAD, Revit).
• Experience with test fits and design-type work.
• Education degree preferred.
• Familiarity with CAFM systems (Serraview/Archibus/FMS).
• Proficiency in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Work with client teams on space planning for occupancy.
• In Office 4 days per week.
• Receive and review occupancy requests.
• Engage with space planning reps to collect requirements.
• Develop tactical scenarios for space use.
• Regular and ad-hoc auditing of plans.
• Support senior planner with strategic plans.
• Coordinate with MAC team for plan implementation.

This is a 03+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Seattle, WA (Onsite).

Pay Range: $30 - $32/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities

• As a Space Planner, you will work with client teams for all non-project-related inquiries throughout the space planning process.
• In Office 4 days per week
• Receive and review all occupancy requests
• Engage with tactical business space reps to collect planning requirements
• Tactical scenario development
• Performs regular and ad-hoc auditing
• Assist senior planner in development of strategic plans as necessary
• Coordinate with MAC team for implementation of space plans
