Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to lead an Optical Communications Terminal Production program in Orlando, FL. You will own end-to-end execution, interface with the customer, and drive schedule, cost, and technical performance across optical, mechanical, electrical, and thermal domains.

The role requires 7+ years in space hardware, 3+ years PM experience, and strong IMS/EVMS expertise. Travel up to 10% in the Continental US is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in engineering, finance, business, or related technical field.
• 7+ years in the space or aerospace hardware industry.
• 3+ years direct program management experience in hardware assembly, integration, and testing.
• Experience managing CAMs and operating within an EVMS environment (EAC development, variance analysis, control account planning).

Responsibilities

• Provide overall program leadership, planning and control to meet goals.
• Serve as primary customer interface for alignment of execution and milestones.
• Manage CAMs with baseline planning, variances, and financial accountability.
• Develop and maintain IMS with subcontractor schedules and risks.
• Lead risk management, mitigation plans, and burn-down tracking.
• Oversee cost accounting, EAC/BAC, and monthly performance updates.
• Prepare program reviews covering cost, schedule, and metrics.
• Manage FRBs/RCCAs and drive corrective actions.
• Oversee cross-domain integration of optical, mechanical, electrical, and thermal.
• Provide oversight to PMs, leads, subcontractors, and support staff.
