The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering and 7+ years in relevant manufacturing, with AS9100 knowledge and travel up to 25%. Expect involvement in audits, root-cause analysis, and program reviews through a dynamic defense environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field required.
• 7+ years in electronic/opto-mechanical manufacturing preferred.
• AS9100 QMS knowledge essential.
• ASQ CQE/CQA/CSQP or similar certifications advantageous.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities required.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and work in varied environments.

Responsabilidades

• Interface with customers as mission assurance lead on programs.
• Perform risk analysis on engineering build documentation.
• Inspect hardware/documentation for compliance, FOD, workmanship.
• Coordinate with assembly technicians for process verification.
• Chair Failure Review Boards and drive root-cause analysis.
• Maintain End Items Data Packages and program quality plans.
