Job summary

Sigmatech is seeking a Talent Management Manpower Analyst to support Green Door Space Operations at Peterson Space Force Base in Colorado Springs. You will review manpower documents, assess unit needs, and develop candidate lists to meet current and future requirements.

This role requires DoD manpower resourcing experience, familiarity with SAP/Green Door programs, and TS clearance eligibility. Strong communication and Microsoft Office skills are essential to coordinate with AFPC, ETMO, and SAP

Qualifications

• 5+ years in space operations or related DoD contexts.
• Experience resourcing manpower for DoD programs.
• Proven recruiting experience for government roles.

Responsibilities

• Review and update Green Door manning documents and SOPs.
• Assess unit needs for current and future requirements.
• Develop manpower candidate lists and coordinate hiring packages.
• Provide on-the-job manpower training for personnel.
