Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Space Operations Senior Analyst to help keep store space planning and visual merchandising systems running smoothly. You’ll work across teams to transform business needs into practical solutions and help shape future system enhancements.

As a Space Operations Senior Analyst, you'll play a key role in keeping the systems, tools, and processes behind store space planning and visual merchandising running smoothly. You'll work across teams to improve how space, floor plans, and merchandising data are managed, solve complex business challenges, and help shape future system enhancements. If you enjoy turning business needs into practical solutions and partnering with teams across the organization, this is an opportunity to make a broad impact.

This role is hybrid, which means you will be required to work on site Monday through Thursday at the Best Buycorporate office in Richfield, Minnesota. You can work virtually from home or another non-Best location on Friday. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process.

• Experience with programming languages such as C++ or .NET.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Access.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in retail, merchandising, inventory, or supply chain.
• Intermediate proficiency with Photoshop.
