Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Fulfillment and Operations Enablement Manager to shape F&O strategy and drive initiatives that improve customer experience and operational performance. This hybrid role requires on-site work at the Richfield, MN corporate office Monday–Thursday, with Friday options for remote work.

You will translate strategy into actionable plans, build executive materials, and lead cross-functional change across the enterprise.

Job description

As Fulfillment and Operations Enablement Manager, you will shape and advance Best Buy's F&O strategy by leading initiatives that improve customer experience, strengthen operational performance, and build organizational capabilities.

In this role, you will turn strategy into operational planning. You will bring clarity to ambiguity, translating complex opportunities into actionable plans and measurable outcomes. You will challenge assumptions, identify risks and dependencies, and help leaders make informed decisions. By building strong cross-functional partnerships across the enterprise, you will advance strategic priorities and accelerate business results.

This role is hybrid, which means you will be required to work on site Monday through Thursday at the Best Buy corporate office in Richfield, Minnesota. You can work virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location on Friday. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process.

What You'll Do

• Lead strategic initiatives from planning through delivery, ensuring customer, operational, and organizational outcomes across Fulfillment & Operations.
• Apply enterprise thinking to identify cross-functional impacts, align stakeholders, and connect priorities to drive business outcomes.
• Create and maintain executive-ready materials, including strategy presentations, business reviews, roadmaps, scorecards, and performance updates
• Leverage data and insights to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and inform recommendations for leadership decision‑making.
• Identify, engage, and leverage enterprise experts and functions to support effective and sustainable change.
• Lead others through the change process and help them understand the value and opportunity of the change.
• Anticipate and proactively adapt when priorities evolve, shift or when dealing with ambiguous situations.

Basic Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in strategy, business operations, consulting, program management, or a related field
• Demonstrated curiosity and a growth mindset, with a willingness to challenge assumptions, ask thoughtful questions, explore new ideas, and continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, performance, and customer outcomes.
• Strong collaboration, communication, problem‑solving, and influencing skills, with exceptional attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, supply chain management, or project management
• 1 year of experience in a large global consumer-oriented business in the retail industry, supply chain, consulting, and/or a multi-channel/multi‑brand business
• Experience leveraging AI‑powered productivity tools, such as Microsoft Copilot
