Qualifications

• 2+ years in an operations, office, or administrative role.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Experience with inventory management, shipping/receiving, or facilities coordination.
• Proactive problem-solver who takes initiative and follows through without constant direction.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for factory and office needs, including procurement and vendor coordination.
• Manage office supplies and equipment to keep a well-stocked workspace.
• Monitor inventory levels and place timely orders to prevent shortages.
• Track purchase orders, invoices, and payments for accurate records and budgeting.
• Coordinate all shipping/receiving operations and maintain records.
• Oversee snacks/food services and maintain a welcoming kitchen.
• Be the go-to resource for day-to-day office needs and resolve issues quickly.
