Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in operations, office administration, coordination or a similar role.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• A proactive “I'll figure it out” attitude.
• Confidence communicating with people at all levels.
• The ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• A genuine interest in working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Keeping the office and facility running smoothly and creating an elite environment for the team.
• Working closely with engineers to spot and solve bottlenecks before they do.
• Coordinating suppliers, facilities, equipment and office logistics.
• Organising team events, socials and company activities.
• Supporting onboarding and creating a great experience for new starters.
• Supporting administrative and operational tasks across the business.
