Job summary

Trideum Corporation in Colorado Springs is seeking a Project Lead Space Operations with DoD space and missile defense program experience to lead planning, integration and delivery of mission-ready capabilities.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage schedules, budgets and risk, and serve as Space Operations SME for Army/Joint stakeholders, driving CONOPs and performance across the acquisition lifecycle.

Qualifications

• US citizenship is required.
• Active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one is required.
• 8+ years in space operations, missile defense or joint Army integration.
• Proven project/program management leadership in DoD environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated project planning, execution, and delivery using industry methods.
• Build and maintain Integrated Master Schedules and baselines.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and government stakeholders for mission-ready capabilities.
• Provide operational expertise and translate requirements into technical CONOPS.
