Job summary

Quindar is seeking a Mission Project Lead embedded with engineering teams to drive day-to-day execution of U.S. DoD, IC, and Civil mission efforts. You will surface blockers, track tasks, and ensure milestones stay aligned with commitments.

The ideal candidate is highly organized and proactive, comfortable near the technical work. You will provide execution discipline, maintain priorities, and communicate risks and progress to leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting software engineering or mission operations.
• Experience with software development teams and iterative/Agile development practices.
• Experience with space systems, ground software, or U.S. Government programs preferred.
• Active clearance or ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day execution within engineering teams against program priorities and milestones.
• Maintain visibility into active work, owners, dependencies, due dates, and completion criteria.
• Facilitate internal planning sessions, stand-ups, milestone check-ins, and retrospectives; translate program priorities into actionable work.
• Identify and drive blockers to closure with appropriate engineering, product, or program stakeholders.
• Track engineering execution against milestones and deliverables; coordinate recovery actions with engineering leads and TPMs.
• Provide concise internal status updates on progress, risks, blockers, and upcoming milestones; maintain execution artifacts and documentation.
