Job summary

QinetiQ US is seeking a Tranche 3 Execution Lead to provide technical oversight for SDA's Tranche 3 program. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and report to senior leadership on status and risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering and math.
• TS/SCI eligibility clearance required.
• Strong understanding of space systems, systems engineering, and mission operations.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple competing priorities.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the integration of program elements to ensure consistency with established objectives, plans, and requirements.
• Orchestrate the effective "up and out" management of the program, maintaining clear and consistent communication with leadership and stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with the PMO team, providing guidance and support. Convey program goals and expectations set by the Program Director.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal program teams, other SDA programs, and Technical and Support cells.
• Develop and deliver clear, concise, and accurate reports to leadership on program status, risks, and achievements.
• Ensure that program activities align with the programs overall strategic objectives and mission goals.
• Continually seek opportunities to improve program processes, tools, methods, and lessons learned.
