Job summary

Radiance Technologies is seeking a candidate to support the Intelligence Community by developing analytical simulation capabilities and models for space-based analyses. The role involves building and integrating physics-based models in TMAP and AFSIM, creating scenarios to test new concepts, and enabling thorough analysis of space systems.

The ideal candidate holds a TS clearance with SCI eligibility and US citizenship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering, computer science, electrical engineering, data science, operations analysis, or related STEM field.
• Prior MS&A experience.
• US citizenship with SCI eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Support the IC in developing analytical simulation capabilities and models.
• Develop and integrate authoritative physics-based models in simulation frameworks such as TMAP & AFSIM.
• Develop scenarios to test new concepts and enable analysis of space-based systems and concepts.
• Contribute to DoD/IC analytical capabilities through software development, M&S tooling and infrastructure.

The successful candidate will support the Intelligence Community (IC) in the development of analytical simulation capabilities and models to support multiple space-based analyses. Typical projects involve developing and integrating authoritative intelligence-based physical, mathematical, and logical models in TMAP & AFSIM, developing scenarios to test new concepts, and enabling and performing analysis of space-based systems and concepts.

The Scientific Analysis Operatio n focuse s on providing analytical capabilities and generating accurate scientific and technical information to support the IC and Do W through specialized software development , M&S tooling and infrastructure , and analysis . We have a unique blend of analysis and modeling capabilities with an understanding of S&TI missions that enable us to provide the Government with innovative solutions to complex challenges and questions .
