Job summary

Radiance Technologies, Inc. seeks a qualified engineer to support the Intelligence Community by developing analytical simulation capabilities and models for space-based analyses.

You will develop and integrate authoritative physics-based and mathematical models in environments like AFSIM, TMAP, ITASE, and NGTS, and create scenarios to test new concepts. You will work within Radiance’s Scientific Analysis Operation to provide analytical capabilities and generate accurate scientific information,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in aerospace, computer science, electrical engineering, data science, operations analysis, or related STEM field.
• US citizenship and active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility are required for this role.
• Experience with MS&A and analytical modeling in space systems is essential.
• Experience with simulation frameworks such as AFSIM, TMAP, ITASE, or NGTS is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop analytical simulation capabilities and models for space-based analyses.
• Integrate physics-based, mathematical, and logical models into simulation environments.
• Develop and test scenarios to evaluate new concepts for space-based systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver M&S tooling and infrastructure.
