Job summary

Auria is seeking a Task Order Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of key task orders for the HADES program at Kirtland AFB, NM. You will supervise multidisciplinary teams, manage staffing, schedules, risks, and coordinate with government stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires US citizenship with Top Secret clearance including SCI and SAP access, a STEM or related degree, and extensive DoD/federal program experience.

Qualifications

• US Citizen with TS/SCI and SAP access.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a STEM, Business, Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience supporting or managing complex DoD or Federal programs.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in space, satellite ground systems, or related space programs.
• Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating with government stakeholders.
• Experience planning, executing, and tracking technical work with schedules and milestones.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver assigned task order activities for HADES.
• Provide day-to-day leadership of multidisciplinary teams and staffing.
• Manage schedule execution, risk management, and subcontractor coordination.
• Monitor performance and report to stakeholders; ensure requirements are met.
• Coordinate with Government stakeholders, program leadership, and technical teams.
