Job summary

Peraton's HADES program seeks a Task Order Lead to steer a multidisciplinary team delivering space, cyber, and IT capabilities for national security space missions from the RSC at Kirtland AFB, Albuquerque, NM.

The role requires Top-Secret with SCI eligibility, senior-level technical leadership, and a proven track record managing complex classified programs. You will coordinate government engagements, ensure schedule, cost, and quality targets, and drive mission success.

Qualifications

• Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and ability to maintain clearance.
• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years; Master's with 6+ years; 4 additional years in lieu accepted.
• 6+ years leading technical teams on DoD/IC programs.
• Experience managing complex engineering or IT programs in classified environments.
• Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary teams across SE, cybersecurity, software development, or IT operations.
• Knowledge of contract execution, staffing management, risk management, and program reporting.
• Strong understanding of systems engineering lifecycle, RMF, DevSecOps, and Agile.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of the task order, ensuring objectives are achieved.
• Manage a cross-functional workforce across systems engineering, cybersecurity, software development, test engineering, DevSecOps, and mission operations.
• Oversee staffing, onboarding, workload balancing, employee development, retention.
• Coordinate priorities across multiple technical teams supporting classified mission systems.
• Monitor contract performance metrics, risks, staffing levels, deliverables, and customer satisfaction.
• Drive proactive identification and resolution of issues before they impact mission execution.
• Partner with technical leads to align engineering with mission objectives and government priorities.
• Support program reviews, technical interchange meetings, status briefings, IPT meetings, and executive engagements.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, security policies, quality standards, and organizational processes.
• Oversee subcontractor performance and coordinate integrated delivery across teammate organizations.
• Support financial execution including labor forecasting, staffing plans, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, technical excellence, and mission success.
