Job summary
Auria is hiring a Principal Technical Lead to support the HADES program at Kirtland AFB, NM. You will serve as the senior technical authority, driving planning, execution, and oversight of maintenance, development, and test activities for complex ground systems in TS/SCI/SAP environments.
The role requires leadership across software, infrastructure, cybersecurity and mission operations, with a focus on risk management, architecture, and technical governance to deliver mission capabilities for
Qualifications
- U.S. citizen with TS/SCI access and SAP eligibility.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, CS, physics, math or related field.
- 15+ years leading engineering and DoD/federal programs.
- 10+ years in space, satellite or ground systems programs.
- Experience as technical authority, risk management, and governance.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the senior technical authority for planning, execution, and oversight.
- Provide day-to-day engineering leadership and establish technical priorities.
- Lead assessments, trade studies, and solution development for new needs.
- Manage interfaces, baselines, and configuration management.
- Collaborate with leadership and government stakeholders on requirements.
