Job summary

Trusted Space, LLC is seeking a Modeling and Simulation-focused Aerospace Engineer to support mission-dynamics modeling, simulation environment development, and test activities in a hybrid role for the Greater Denver Metro Area.

The position anticipates start on 09/01/2026 and requires TS/SCI clearance. Candidates should have 3–7 years in modeling & simulation and be able to collaborate with autonomy and software teams in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in aerospace, physics, or math.
3–7 years in modeling & simulation or test engineering.
Experience with aerospace/space-domain models (orbital, attitude, sensor geometry).
Hands-on with Basilisk or similar simulation tools.
Collaboration in Agile teams with autonomy and software groups.
U.S. Citizenship; TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

Develop and refine mission-dynamics and space-domain simulation models.
Generate test data, datasets, and scenario configurations for testing.
Support scripted demonstrations, rehearsals and integration tests; track deficiencies.
Collaborate with autonomy and software engineers to validate interfaces and mission behaviors.
Contribute aerospace artifacts to documentation and handoff packages.
