Job summary

Muon Space seeks a Senior Program Manager - Microwave to lead the Microwave Program, delivering solutions on time and on budget while managing cost and schedule baselines with U.S. Government and Commercial Customers.

You will be a core member of the Mission Engineering team, collaborating across engineering, business, legal, finance, and operations to drive roadmap, schedules, and budgets through program lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years relevant experience in program management.
• BS in an engineering discipline; MS/PhD preferred.
• Track record delivering complete systems (hardware, firmware, software, algorithms) on time and to scope.
• Experience in development/management of satellite-based systems and integrated master schedules.
• Expertise in modern, cloud-based productivity tools.
• Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills across engineering disciplines.
• Experience in vendor and contract management.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary aerospace development and drive day-to-day program execution.
• Coordinate resources with internal/external stakeholders.
• Establish tools, practices, and processes to synchronize teams.
• Engage in technical discussions to scope schedules and solutions.
• Track and report metrics on schedule, cost, risk, and performance.
• Represent the company to customers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
