Job summary

ReaderLink is seeking a Space and Merchandise Planner to coordinate and execute planograms across multiple customers. You will manage space planning using Blue Yonder tools and update presentation planograms for all product categories.

The role requires collaboration with Sales and multiple teams to ensure profitable, retail-ready planograms with accurate data and standards. Strong Excel and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is required.
• 1–2 years of experience with Blue Yonder/JDA Space Planning module is required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with Data Manager is preferred.
• Knowledge of BY/JDA Planogram Generator is preferred.
• Demonstrated understanding of interior retail design, consumer behavior, product placement, margin recognition and fundamental merchandising techniques.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute book planograms across multiple customers.
• Manage planogram needs and use Blue Yonder BY tools to improve space planning efficiency.
• Create, execute and update presentation planograms for all product categories.
• Collaborate with Sales to ensure accurate fixtures for customers.
• Act as subject matter expert for merchandise space planning and analytics.
