Job summary

ReaderLink is seeking a Space and Merchandise Planner to coordinate planograms across customers and manage space strategy execution. The role requires 1–2 years in Blue Yonder/JDA Space Planning and experience with Data Manager, Planogram Generator, and data-driven merchandising.

The position collaborates with Product, Sales, and Planning teams to ensure profitable, retail-ready planograms and strong cross-functional communication. Office-based role with standard business hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is required.
• 1–2 years of experience with Blue Yonder/JDA Space Planning module is required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with Data Manager preferred.
• Knowledge of BY/JDA Planogram Generator preferred.
• Demonstrated understanding of interior retail design and merchandising techniques.
• Strong communication, project management, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute planograms across multiple customers.
• Manage planogram needs and utilize Blue Yonder BY BY/CKB platform components.
• Create and update presentation planograms for all product categories and stores.
• Collaborate with Sales to ensure accurate fixtures for customers.
• Act as subject matter expert for merchandise space planning.
• Analyze product performance using BY reporting tools.
• Maintain data accuracy and consistency across systems.
