Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking an Analyst, Space Planning to apply space planning, assortment analytics, retail merchandising, and JDA/Blue Yonder tools to support data-driven space and assortment decisions. You will analyze sales, profitability, space-to-sales, SKU productivity, inventory flow, and labor efficiency while following guidelines and merchandising standards.

Collaborate with floor planning, category, inventory, RGM, and pricebook teams to explain insights and plan weekly and monthly work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in space planning/merchandising analytics.
• Experience with BI tools and merchandising standards.

Responsibilities

• Support dashboards, scorecards, planograms, and reporting.
• Analyze category, SKU productivity, inventory, and space-to-sales.
• Explain insights to partners and help plan weekly/monthly work.
