Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, or related field.
• 5–7 years of space management, space planning, category management, merchandising, or retail analytics.
• 2+ years in consumer packaged goods, beverage alcohol, or retail.
• Experience leading complex projects and cross-functional influence.
• Proficiency with space planning platforms (JDA/Blue Yonder, ShelfIQ).
• Experience with syndicated data sources (Circana, NielsenIQ).
• Strong Excel and data visualization skills (Power BI, Tableau).
• Able to translate data into actionable shelf recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of space planning analysts and guide retailer partnerships.
• Own space management initiatives across national retailers and categories.
• Develop merchandising strategies aligned with retailer objectives.
• Deliver planograms and manage in-store execution from strategy to reset.
• Create data-backed analyses and visuals for stakeholders.
