Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of professional mechanical engineering experience.
• Fundamentals of structures, mechanisms, materials, and analysis techniques.
• Hands-on mechanical design/manufacturing experience from drawings to specs.
• 3+ years with CAD tools (CREO, SolidWorks) and model-based definition.
• Experience with PDM systems.
• 3+ years with ASME Y14.5 GD&T standards in design.
• US Citizenship with ability to obtain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop requirements and lead design efforts for MGSE hardware.
• Lead design reviews and coordinate with stakeholders for approvals.
• Direct multidisciplinary team members with design direction.
