Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Huntsville, AL is seeking engineers to develop and manage system requirements and interfaces for the Ground Missile Defense program. You will work across engineering disciplines to analyze performance, resolve integration issues, and ensure mission objectives are met.

Candidates should have MBSE and SysML experience, a DoD Secret clearance, and the ability to travel up to 10% as needed for program support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM discipline and 2 years of related experience, or a Master’s Degree and 0 years of related experience.
• Strong technical background in architecture development, functional decomposition, requirements development and allocation, and interface definition with system-modeling tools.
• Active DoD Secret security clearance required at time of application.
• MBSE experience and SysML modeling for a DoD system.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage system requirements, interfaces, and technical solutions across the system lifecycle.
• Collaborate across engineering disciplines to analyze system performance and resolve integration issues.
• Ensure requirements and mission objectives are satisfied throughout development and deployment.
