Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of marketing, communications, public affairs, or related experience in space, aerospace, defense, or complex tech sectors.
• Proven success as primary marketing partner to a president, GM, or senior executive.
• Ability to translate strategy into operating plans and lead cross-team execution.
• Extensive experience with integrated B2B and B2G campaigns for government, commercial, and industry audiences.
• Strong understanding of the space ecosystem and government agencies.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong writing, editing, storytelling, and presentation skills.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary Marketing and Communications partner to the Space business president and leadership team, aligning plans with priorities.
• Develop and execute integrated B2B and B2G campaigns across civil, commercial, national security, and international markets.
• Translate priorities into actionable plans with clear owners, deadlines, and performance measures.
• Coordinate stakeholders across Business Development, Program Management, Product Management, Engineering, Government Relations, Investor Relations, and Marketing and Communications.
• Create compelling campaign materials, announcements, executive remarks, digital content, and thought leadership.
• Build relationships with media, industry associations, conference organizers to secure visibility and leadership opportunities.
• Track campaign performance and apply insights to optimize strategy, messaging, and resource allocation.
