Responsibilities

• Identify constraints and communicate issues to stakeholders.
• Resolve scheduling and technical problems while upholding quality.
• Stay engaged with the team to address challenges in real time.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to refine processes.
• Recommend improvements to materials, tooling, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with aerospace standards and safety protocols.
• Perform coaching, feedback, and accountability activities.
