Job summary

Lanteris Space Systems is seeking an experienced ERP Production Planner / Scheduler to support spacecraft programs through production scheduling, material planning, and ERP data management. You will partner with Program Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Procurement to align materials, schedules, and production activities with program commitments.

Key responsibilities include maintaining the MPS, executing MRP, balancing demand with capacity, and managing long lead material planning,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, engineering, or related field; 4 years of experience may substitute for degree.
• 5+ years of production planning, scheduling, or materials management experience.
• 3+ years hands-on ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Manufacturing floor experience in production control, inventory, or material management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Master Production Schedule (MPS) within ERP.
• Execute and analyze Material Requirements Planning (MRP).
• Balance demand, capacity, and material availability.
• Manage long lead material planning (12–24+ months).
• Monitor schedules and resolve material or capacity constraints.
• Manage production work orders and BOMs in ERP and data integrity across systems.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Program Management.
• Support KPI reporting, dashboards, and issue analysis.
