Job summary

Vast is seeking a Manufacturing Coordinator to join the Haven-1 production team in Long Beach. You will coordinate material flow, manage transfers across stages, and collaborate with purchasing, engineering, and quality teams to keep production on schedule.

The role requires 2+ years in manufacturing and familiarity with MRP/ERP systems; forklift experience is a plus. The role is full-time, on-site in Long Beach, with first and second shift options.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Experience with Smartsheet preferred.
• Forklift experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee movement of components through the manufacturing process to ensure timely progression.
• Coordinate transfer of components across stages including purchasing, receiving inspection, inventory, and work centers.
• Coordinate outside processing and liaise with purchasing for timely delivery.
• Support logistics by optimizing workflow staging.
• Maintain accuracy of system data with Supply Chain, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams.
