Job summary

Vast in Long Beach is seeking a Manufacturing Coordinator on 2nd shift, 2pm–10:30pm, to ensure Haven‑1 production flows smoothly. You will coordinate materials, enforce schedules, and work cross‑functionally with manufacturing, engineering, procurement and quality assurance.

This full‑time, non‑exempt role requires 2+ years in manufacturing, experience with MRP/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and Smartsheet, plus forklift operation. Competitive pay and extensive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
• Proficiency with Smartsheet and forklift operation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee movement of components to ensure timely progression through manufacturing.
• Coordinate transfer of components across stages including purchasing, receiving inspection, and inventory.
• Coordinate outside processing and liaise with purchasing for timely delivery.
• Support logistics by optimizing workflow staging.
• Maintain data integrity in systems with Supply Chain, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams.
