Job summary

Boeing at Kennedy Space Center, Florida seeks a Senior Finance Manager for Space Launch Systems to lead a team focused on Earned Value Management and program financial performance. You will partner with NASA, IPT leaders and program managers to align budgets, forecasts and execution.

This NASA-facing role requires strong oversight, risk management and strategic finance execution across cost, schedule and technical aspects, with travel and relocation as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience with Earned Value Management (EVM).
• 5+ years of experience with Estimates at Completion (EAC).
• 5+ years in leadership roles or cross-functional team leadership.
• Experience with government contracting and cost performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing financial analytics team supporting program activities with a focus on EVM compliance.
• Coordinate program financial activity and ensure alignment with Earned Value reporting requirements.
• Drive financial strategy to maximize execution, cost management, and profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
