Job summary

The Boeing Company in Kennedy Space Center, Florida, is seeking a Procurement Multi-Family Manager (Level K) to lead supplier management for the Space Launch Systems program. This onsite role requires strong leadership, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver critical space hardware.

You will oversee vendor performance, develop project plans and reports for leadership reviews, and ensure compliance with FAR and export controls.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in supplier management or procurement.
• Proven ability to negotiate contracts and manage supplier performance.
• Experience creating reports and presentations for leadership reviews.

Responsibilities

• Acts as authorized agent managing supplier-related activities and commitments.
• Manages employees across supplier management and procurement disciplines.
• Develops and executes project and process plans with policies and goals.
• Acquires resources, provides technical management of suppliers, leads improvements.
• Maintains relationships with customers, stakeholders and reports to leadership.
• Provides oversight of technical approaches, products, and processes.
• Oversees negotiation processes and tools.
• Manages, develops and motivates staff.
