Job summary

Tecolote is seeking a highly qualified TS/SCI cleared Budget Analyst to support the Office of Space Launch (OSL) at LAAFB. The role is onsite in El Segundo, CA with no remote work.

A Bachelor's degree is required and a Master’s is preferred; candidates should have at least eight years of relevant experience and a proven ability to interface with government and vendors. Responsibilities include financial analysis for OSL appropriations, maintaining EVM and CBJB/IPBS support, and contributing to

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with CI poly required.
• Minimum 8 years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in math, finance, engineering, business or sciences; in lieu of degree, extra experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Interface with OSL project officers, USG partners, and vendors.
• Provide financial analysis for OSL appropriations and contracts, including FTO and reimbursable JONs.
• Operate and update NRO financial tools and systems (FIRsT, NFIS, TIER, TALON, EARL, FTO Module, FIT).
• Establish obligations and expenditure plans; monitor yearly execution across levels.
• Assist in CBJB and IPBS preparation for OSL; support auditable financial statements.
