Job summary

LeoLabs, Inc. is seeking a Site Acquisition Lead in the U.S. to identify, evaluate, secure, and develop radar installation sites across the United States and globally.

You will lead end-to-end site acquisition efforts, including site identification, feasibility assessments, negotiations, permitting, and coordination with landowners, government entities, and internal engineering teams. The ideal candidate has experience delivering complex infrastructure or sensor deployment projects in aerospace

Qualifications

• 7+ years in program management, PM, operations, real estate/site development, or related field.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams with momentum and detail.
• Strong problem solving; ability to navigate evolving situations with external partners.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written communication; distill complex information clearly.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the U.S. and globally.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead site acquisition strategy and execution for radar and sensor installation sites across the U.S. and abroad.
• Identify and evaluate potential sites based on technical, environmental, regulatory, and operational needs.
• Conduct site feasibility studies in collaboration with engineering and RF teams.
• Manage negotiations with landowners, utilities, municipalities, and government stakeholders.
• Coordinate permitting, zoning, and regulatory approvals for site development.
• Partner with engineering and construction teams to ensure site readiness.
• Oversee site due diligence including access, power, data connectivity, and environment.
