LeoLabs, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director, Radar Technical Program Management to lead the integrated execution of radar, hardware, production, and infrastructure programs from development through deployment.

The role requires deep technical leadership across Radar Systems, Hardware, Software, and Supply Chain, partnering with Product, Program Management, Finance, and cross-functional teams to translate objectives into credible plans and milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, computer science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 12+ years in engineering, systems engineering, or program management.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary systems from concept to deployment and operations.
• Experience with complex electronic/RF/electromechanical systems in hardware-intensive environments.
• Strong requirements, interfaces, architecture, verification, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary radar, hardware, manufacturing, deployment, and operational-readiness programs end-to-end.
• Translate product requirements and commitments into defined program definitions with milestones and interfaces.
• Own the integrated technical program baseline and cross-functional commitments across scope, schedule, cost, and risk.
