You will contribute to developing radiation-hardened IC test methods, define test schematics and hardware requirements for Space-grade devices, and work with a co-located team on the production test floor.

Qualifications

• BSEE degree with 12+ years of experience in automated test environments for semiconductor devices.
• Experience with Analog, Mixed Signal, and Power ICs (LDOs, Buck Regulators, PMIC, PWM controllers).
• Hands-on experience with 93k, Cohu DiamondX, ETS364 or Teradyne microFLEX test platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define Test Requirements for new ICs in collaboration with the Development Team.
• Write Characterization programs.
• Develop production test programs.
• Design Load Boards for Automated Test Equipment.
• Perform GR&R studies and Transient Analysis (Spike Check).
