Job summary

Renesas Electronics is seeking a skilled Test Engineer for our Palm Bay, FL office. You will develop test methods, define schematics, and hardware for production testing of radiation-hardened ICs used in space applications.

You will design load boards for automated test equipment, write characterization and production test programs, and perform GR&R studies to ensure measurement accuracy. Collaboration with development teams is essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• BSEE with 12+ years of experience creating test solutions for an automated test environment in the semiconductor industry.
• Experience with Analog, Mixed Signal, and Power ICs (e.g., LDOs, Buck Regulators, PMIC, PWM Controller).
• In-depth experience with ATE equipment such as 93k, Cohu DiamondX, ETS364, or Teradyne microFLEX.

Responsibilities

• Define Test Requirements for new ICs in conjunction with the Development Team.
• Write Characterization programs for test validation.
• Develop production test programs for high-volume manufacturing.
• Design Load Boards for Automated Test Equipment.
• Perform GR&R studies and Transient Analysis to de-glitch and verify test stability.
